Commercial services have a $250 minimum before any location adjustment. A preliminary range helps you decide whether to arrange a walkthrough. Final pricing depends on the agreed scope. Extras are charged separately by the quantities shown. No appointment or price is confirmed by this calculator.

Interior window estimates cover accessible windows; carpet units are rooms up to 200 sq. ft., upholstery units are seats, and tile/pressure-washing units are 100 sq. ft. Areas with difficult access, staining, or unusual requirements may need a revised quote after review. Standard cleaning covers accessible surfaces, floors, kitchen surfaces, bathrooms, dusting and trash. Selected extras are priced separately. More frequent maintenance can receive a larger discount; first-visit deep cleaning may have a different price. Office and retail cleaning use a separate size-based rate. Organization and specialty-only projects require a scope review.
