We collect contact information, property address, size, room counts, condition, requested services, preferred availability and notes you submit to request an estimate. Please do not submit entry codes, financial details or sensitive personal information.
We use these details to prepare preliminary ranges, assess service availability, coordinate walkthroughs and respond to requests. Final scope and pricing require an on-site review.
Website hosting and data storage providers process submitted requests. Resend processes email notifications. If enabled, Twilio processes internal SMS alerts to the business owner. If configured, Google Maps processes property addresses to assess driving distance. Full intake records are restricted to authorized administrative access.
Internal SMS alerts are intended only for a designated owner who expressly agrees to receive them. Submitting a customer estimate request does not enroll the customer in automated SMS marketing. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Providers may process information as needed to deliver the requested service.
With your permission, Google Analytics measures website visits and successful request submissions to help us understand our marketing. We do not send your name, email, telephone, property address or request details to Analytics. Analytics cookies are optional; declining does not affect estimate requests. Use Analytics choices in the website footer to change your choice.
We retain requests as needed for follow-up and business records. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion; some records may need to be retained for ongoing service or recordkeeping.
