Which cleaning frequency should I choose?

Weekly, biweekly and monthly options are available for consideration. The right frequency depends on how you use the space, its condition and your priorities. Choose your preference in the request form; we’ll discuss it during your walkthrough.

How much does recurring cleaning cost?

Pricing depends on the property, condition, frequency and agreed work. Our form can provide a preliminary budget range where supported. Final pricing requires a walkthrough and owner review; any first-visit or extra work is discussed before approval.

Can I request a particular day or time?

Yes. Tell us your preferred timing. Our team manually reviews requests and confirms scheduling after checking availability. Submitting the form does not reserve a slot.

Do you offer one-time cleaning too?

Yes. Deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, rental turnover cleaning and organization remain available. Tell us what you need through the same service request form.

Can referrals reduce my recurring cleaning price?

Yes. After your first qualifying referral completes their first paid recurring cleaning, you earn a permanent $25 reduction on your recurring cleaning rate. Each additional qualifying referral earns a one-time $25 service credit. One permanent discount per referring customer account; it does not stack. See the full Referral Rewards terms.
