A Little Magic Goes a Long Way!
Terms: The permanent $25 recurring service discount applies after your first qualifying referral completes their first paid recurring cleaning. One permanent discount per referring customer account; permanent discounts do not stack. Each additional qualifying referral earns a one-time $25 credit. One reward per new referred customer. Credits are valid toward recurring cleaning services only, have no cash value, and are not redeemable for cash.

Where do you work, and when are estimates available?
Our service region includes Augusta, Evans, Martinez, Grovetown, Harlem, Appling, Thomson, Washington, Elberton, McCormick, North Augusta, Greenwood, and other nearby communities. View our shaded coverage map. We generally work within approximately 40–50 miles of Lincolnton, with coverage confirmed by property address. If you are near the coverage boundary, please ask. On-site estimate visits are scheduled flexibly to meet your needs. Share your availability, and we’ll contact you to confirm a time.
Can cleaning and organization be combined?

What is the difference between regular and deep cleaning?
Regular cleaning focuses on everyday surfaces, floors, kitchens, and bathrooms. Deep cleaning adds agreed detail work and addresses buildup. The final checklist depends on your property and priorities.
Can I request particular cleaning products?
Include product preferences and surface-care requirements in your request. We’ll discuss suitable products and any special requirements during the walkthrough.
Which specialty services do you offer?
Yes. We offer window, carpet, upholstery, tile and grout cleaning, pressure washing, and green cleaning alongside our residential, commercial, moving-related, and organization services. The appropriate methods and scope are agreed after seeing your property.
How is pricing determined?
We must first visit your home or facility and discuss the work you want done. After the walkthrough, we prepare an estimate based on the agreed scope, condition of the space, frequency, and any special requirements. The calculator provides a preliminary range with a $150 residential minimum and $250 commercial minimum. Your final estimate follows a walkthrough. Complex, organization and specialty-only work requires a scope review.
What should I include in my request?
Include your location, approximate space size, priority areas, preferred timing, and any pets or access requirements. Avoid sharing door codes or other sensitive information.
How does the on-site estimate process work?
Request a preferred date and time for a walkthrough. BedKnobs & Broomsticks confirms the visit, sees your home or facility, and discusses your requested work before preparing an estimate. Selecting a time does not confirm an appointment. Submit your visit request using the form. You’ll receive an on-screen confirmation and a request reference. We will follow up using your preferred contact method. You can also call or text (706) 339-4112 to coordinate a visit.
